Busby vs. Bilbray

It looks as though Bilbray is going to win the California 50th special election. While this is naturally bad for Democratic prospects in November, there were several local factors involved that must be taken into account as one assesses the impact of this race. I’ll brake those factors down tomorrow. Right now it’s too late to write anything thoughtful. Here are the results as of right now.
